Steps to Completing Your Custom Rod
① Tell us what you have in mind
Whether you have a specific design in mind or just a general idea, please feel free to reach out to us via phone, email, Instagram DM, or LINE.
② Discuss design and specifications
Based on your preferences, we will create concept images and work with you to finalize the design. Once the details are settled, we ask for payment of the base rod price; your order will be placed upon confirmation of your payment. (Additional option fees are to be paid upon completion.)
③ Production Start
We do not use any pre-made blanks; instead, we fire the blanks for your rod specifically every time an order is placed. Please allow approximately 2 to 6 months for completion. (During production, we at the shop also wait excitedly for the completion, wondering, "I hope it's ready soon!")
④ Completion → Payment of Optional Fees → Shipping
As these are large packages, we will confirm your preferred delivery date and time. If there are any additional options, the completed rod will be shipped after payment is received.
※Shipping fee: Free throughout Japan (including remote islands).
※Our primary shipping carrier is Sagawa Express. For items exceeding the standard 300,000 yen insurance coverage limit, we will cover the cost of additional insurance based on the product's value before shipping.
※Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. Additionally, because these products involve many manual processes by craftspeople, the finish patterns and colors may differ from the reference images. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
