After the main payment is completed, we will discuss your desired design and specifications, reviewing reference images via phone, email, LINE, etc.
For orders incurring option fees (an estimated amount can be provided during the consultation, but please allow about half a month for the manufacturer to confirm the final amount), payment for the option fees will be due upon completion (approximately 2-6 months later), and the finished product will be shipped after payment confirmation.
Cancellations after an order has been placed are not accepted. Also, as many steps in the manufacturing process are done by hand, patterns and colors may differ from yourイメージ. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

③ Production Start
We do not use any pre-made blanks; instead, we bake the blanks for your custom rod each time an order is placed. Please allow approximately 2 to 6 months for completion. (During production, we at the shop also wait excitedly for the completion, thinking "I wonder if it will be ready soon.")
④ Completion → Payment of Option Fees → Shipping
As these are large items, we will confirm your preferred delivery date and time. If there are additional options, the completed rod will be shipped after payment is received.
※Shipping: Free of charge throughout Japan (including remote islands).
※Our primary carrier is Sagawa Express. For items exceeding the standard 300,000 yen insurance coverage limit, we will cover the cost of additional insurance based on the product's value before shipping.
※Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. Please note that because many parts of the production process are performed by hand by craftsmen, the final patterns and shades may differ from the reference images. Thank you for your understanding.
