Steps to Completing Your Custom Rod
① Tell us what you're looking for
Whether it's "I want to build a rod with this model!" or "Which model do you recommend for a new build?", please feel free to reach out via phone, email, Instagram DM, or LINE.
② Design and specification consultation
Based on your requested design, we will create concept images and finalize your order details through ongoing confirmation. Once the details are settled, you will be asked to pay the base price of the rod, and the order will be placed upon confirmation of your payment. (Additional option fees are to be paid upon completion.)
③ Production Begins
We never use pre-made blanks; instead, we bake the blanks for your custom rod each time an order is placed. Please allow approximately 2 to 6 months for completion. (During production, we at the shop also eagerly await the completion, wondering, "I can't wait to see it finished!")
④ Completion → Payment of Optional Fees → Shipping
As this is a large parcel, we will confirm your preferred delivery date and time. If there are any additional options, the completed rod will be shipped after payment is received.
※Shipping cost: Free throughout Japan (including remote islands).
※Our primary shipping carrier is Sagawa Express. For items exceeding the standard 300,000 yen insurance coverage limit, we will cover the cost of additional insurance based on the product's value prior to shipping.
※Cancellations are not accepted after an order has been placed. Please also note that because many parts of the production process are performed by hand by our craftsmen, the final patterns and colors may differ from the reference images. Thank you for your understanding.
